Board Meetings

Board meetings will take place 4 times a year. The date of the next meeting can be obtained by contacting the Safeguarding Advisory Service Tel: 01952 385678. Meetings will last for 3 hours and will be split into a formal board meeting followed by a wider forum.
The Chair may call an extra–ordinary meeting at any time, and members can make a written request for such a meeting to the Chair. (NB this will normally only be considered if several members make such a request)
A Board meeting will be in quorum if a minimum of 12 people are present.
All Board meetings will be minuted and the minutes submitted for approval to the next meeting.
