Within Telford & Wrekin the Board will make use of existing arrangements to facilitate the close working with the Trust, maximising resources and reducing duplication. The executive group consists of nominated representatives of the main statutory agencies and funding partners, namely, Local Authority; NHS Telford and Wrekin; Police; Probation; and Connexions4Youth, who lead on the development and implementation of the Business Plan and Performance Management.
