Training of Staff
The Board expects member organisations to identify the training needs of their staff and to ensure that all training in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people creates an ethos which:
- Values working collaboratively
- Respects diversity
- Promotes equality
- Is child centred
- Promotes the participation of children and families in the process.
