Sub Groups
Please refer to the file "Board Terms of Reference" in the Document Library on this site.
Any sub group working on behalf of the Board will be established by the Board; be accountable to it; and report to it. Such groups will be chaired by a Board member.

As with the executive group, the existing arrangements will transfer ensuring continuity in the work already being undertaken.
