Child Protection Review Conferences
- the review takes place within timescale, see flow diagram 5 in document library
- the review follows the agreed agenda (available in the document library of these procedures) and that
- decisions and reports are circulated.
Child Protection Review Conferences have the same requirements as Initial Child Protection Conferences in terms of preparation, being in quorum and conduct of the meeting. Please see "the basics" and "the meeting" in the Initial Child Protection Conference section. Please alsdo take into consideration the Board's local policy relating to pre-birth plans and to children of dual status. (Those with protection plans and care plans running cocurrently) Details of both Pre- birth Child Protection Conferences and dual status review arrangements are in the document library.

The Chair and the Minute Taker will follow the Safeguarding Advisory Service Procedures for distributing the decisions and minutes of the meeting.
