Training and Staff Development
All managers of Partner Agencies must arrange for adequate training of those of their staff who have contact with children and their families. They must ensure that staff recognise and know how to act on evidence that a child’s health or development is, or may be, impaired and that those staff further understand and take action on those occasions when such impairment results in, or is likely to result in, significant harm.
